Thor Culverhouse

Thor Culverhouse
President and Chief Executive Officer

With more than 18 years of experience in the technology industry, Mr. Culverhouse possesses deep expertise across a wide range of enterprise software. Prior to joining Stratavia, he served as senior vice president, North American Sales for SeeBeyond, with responsibility for all sales operations for North America. Prior to SeeBeyond, Mr. Culverhouse served as senior vice president, worldwide sales and field operations for Interwoven, the industry’s premier content management solution provider. Prior to Interwoven, Mr. Culverhouse served as IBM’s vice president, SMB & Channel Sales, Data Management. Working closely with IBM’s global business units, he was responsible for direct and channel sales internationally within the enterprise software space, including companies such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Siebel Systems, Ariba, and JD Edwards. In addition to his tenure at Interwoven and IBM, Culverhouse served as VP of U.S. Sales for Informix, and held a senior sales and business development position at Tektronix. Thor received his MBA from The University of Portland, and BS in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University.

   
Venkat S. Devraj

Mr. Devraj brings diverse background of experience in expanding new and existing businesses. With more than 16 years of experience, his primary focus area at Stratavia is driving the vision and strategies for next-generation IT automation solutions. Additionally, Mr. Devraj is responsible for architecting product functionality and solutions that ensure an outstanding value proposition for customers. Previously, Mr. Devraj founded and managed two companies, in addition to building an e-solutions consulting practice composed of database and infrastructure-focused offerings for a major e-business services company, more than doubling revenue and gross profit within 18 months. He is the author of "Oracle 24x7 Tips & Techniques," previously listed in the Top 5 Oracle bestsellers on Amazon.com, as well as co-author of "Oracle8i Web Development,” both published by Oracle Press/Osborne McGraw-Hill. Mr. Devraj has written numerous articles and white papers and given presentations at several prestigious database conferences including OpenWorld/OracleWorld, Collaborate, International Oracle Users Group (IOUG), ODTUG (Oracle Development Tools User Group) and IEEE. Jennifer Panning
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Panning is responsible for leading the company’s worldwide finance strategy,  as well as administration and logistics, human resources, and information services organizations. She brings more than 15 years of finance and accounting experience working with diverse companies ranging from small start-ups to larger established companies covering a wide variety of industries.  Prior to Stratavia, Jennifer was part of the Corporate Finance group at Verio, a wholly owned subsidiary of the world’s largest telecommunications company, NTT Communications. She began her career at Arthur Andersen in the financial and economic consulting group. She then joined Corporate Express, where she was instrumental in the administrative due diligence which culminated in the sale of the company to Burhmann, one of the world’s largest suppliers of office supplies. Jennifer is also a member of the board of directors for Karl Mecklenburg's REACH Foundation which is dedicated to providing Denver area children with educational opportunities and resources needed to excel in the classroom and in life. She holds a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois.

   

Michael Puterbaugh
Vice President, Marketing and Business Development
As Stratavia's Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Mike is responsible for leading key marketing and business development initiatives that support Stratavia's continued strong growth and technology leadership. Previously, he led worldwide marketing at eEye Digital Security, the leading provider of enterprise network security solutions. Under Mr. Puterbaugh's leadership, eEye cemented its reputation as a leader in network security product development, research and education. Prior to eEye, Mike held senior marketing positions at Quest Software, Mercury Interactive and Intel Corporation.

 

   

David Graham
Vice President, Engineering & Chief Software Architect

Mr. Graham leads the Stratavia research and development teams and is responsible for the design and architecture of Stratavia's award winning Data Center Automation solutions, providing the vision for Stratavia's core technology, including all user interface and usability design to web services and server-side architecture. Prior to joining Stratavia, David held senior engineering positions at IBM. David has also made significant contributions to open source software projects at the Apache Foundation, primarily for the Struts product. He holds a BS in Business from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
